Subject: Traffic Equivalency Letter
Dear Mr. Bills,
IFSTRAYER.
UNIVERSITY
We here at Strayer University appreciate the opportunity to be an asset to the local Palm
Beach Gardens, Florida community. We intend to have five classrooms and two small
computer labs within the space.
We have approximately ten to twelve staff members on site during daytime business
operation from 9am to 5pm. Thus the affect on the local traffic and community should
not pose any issues at all.
Our University conducts evening classes catering to working adults to pursue their dream
of higher education. A typical class and computer lab headcount usually ranges from six
to seven students. Our classes are conducted Monday through Thursday from 6pm to
9:30pm, Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. Please note that our classrooms and labs are never
100% occupied on any given evening..
Please note that sixty percent of Strayer University students are enrolled in our on -line
academic programs, thus not physically reporting to the campus location. We are
extremely excited about being able to offer both traditional classroom and on -line
programs.
In closing, I hope you find this information helpful and please call me if I may be of
further assistance.
S' 6ely,

modifications to the site plan.
Also, please provide me with written confirmation of your approval of the conversion of use, as the DRC Committee is
