7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:37 a.m. by Vice Chair Cohn.

18 V. APPROVAL OF MINUTES for the May 23, 2013 Meeting.
19 Board Member Feldmesser made a motion to approve the May 23, 2013 Meeting Minutes.
20 Board Member Woodall seconded.
21 Motion passed 4-0.
22 VI. ITEMS BY COUNCIL LIAISON

25 VII. ITEMS BY STAFF LIAISON.
26 Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens
27 1. Presentation by Finance Administrator, Allan Owens regarding update on status of
28 2013/2014 budget.
29 Vlll. OLD BUSINESS
30 Discussion ensued regarding workshops, the five year plan, status of the spring training stadium,
31 upcoming calendar of meeting dates .
32 Vice Chair Cohn made a motion to move the August 22, 2013 meeting date to August 29, 2013
33 and to cancel the September 25, 2013 meeting.
34 Chair Marciano seconded.
35 Motion passed 5-0

Board Member Feldmesser seconded.
Motion passed 5-0.
Chair Marciano Adjourned the meeting at 9:14 a.m.
