PUDA-09-06-000021: Palm Beach Community Church - Request to modify the approved development order for the Borland Center Alessandria Kaflin of Cotleur & Hearing, Inc., agent for Palm Beach Community Church, Inc., is requesting approval for modification of the approved development order for the Borland Center to delete condition #41 regarding payment of $250,000 to the City upon conveyance of the off-site mitigation site to another entity.
