Purpose of the Meeting
Donald Ross Village is requesting to remove conditions of approval that were in their
development order in relation to shared parking.
Comments
Planning, Zoning and Appeals
Richard Marrero, Planner
• No comments.
• Richard Marrero did cite a letter from John Kim, P.E., PTOE, McMahon
Associates, Inc.
• Marty Minor, Urban Design Studio, gave a brief history of the project and
addressed the points in Mr. Kim's letter.
Police Department
Jules Barone, Crime Prevention Officer
• Requested the names of retailers coming into the development.
• Marty Minor, Urban Design Studio, stated Parcel D will be Comerica bank.
The meeting adjourned at 10 :12 A.M.
