SUBJECT: Development Review Committee (DRC) Meeting for Petition ANNX-13-07-000006 for the
annexation of 9055 Roan Lane on Monday, August 26, 2013, from 2 to 3 pm. The subject
site is located at the northeast corner of Northlake Boulevard and I-95.
Please provide your comments on the subject DRC petition no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 9,
2013. Your comments must be forwarded to my attention by that date and time so that written comments can be
given to the applicant in accordance with the timeframes established in the City’s Land Development Code.
Should you have no comments, please indicate so in a memo. Additional copies of the complete application are
available in the Planning & Zoning Department.

A Development Review Committee meeting will be held on Monday, August 26, 2013, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm in
the Palm Beach Gardens Lobby Conference Room to review the following request:
Petition ANNX-13-07-000006 for the annexation of 9055 Roan Lane:
A request on behalf of the property owner, Roan Lane, LLC, to annex 9055 Roan Lane (former Capital
Lighting building and parking lot). The subject site is located at the northeast corner of Northlake
Boulevard and I-95.
In 1967, two parcels were annexed into the City: The Shell Gas Station (3905 Northlake Blvd) and a
portion of the parking lot for the former Capital Lighting parcel (please find attached the map depicting
this). The remainder of the parking lot, and the building itself were not annexed into the City at that
time.
The owner of the subject property, Roan Lane, LLC, is now proposing to annex the remainder of the
parking lot and building into the City.
