awarded to American Engineering & Development Corp. by the City Council on
May 15, 2008. The City shall request that your office provide the proper
insurance certificate(s) listing the City of Palm Beach Gardens as additional
insured (Reference Supplementary Conditions SC -5.04 / ITB #2008 -004) and the
required performance and payment bonds following City Council approval.
