covers on light fixtures. Repair or remove damaged irrigation pipes and equipment. Cut,
prune, mow, trim all overgrown landscape and keep maintained. Replace all rotted
wood, fascia boards and paint. Remove dead tree from west side of property; permits
may apply, consult with the Building Department. Replace roof; permits may apply,
consult with the Building Department.
