Dear Sara:
Travelers Insurance has provided me with the following Fiduciary Liability renewal
quote. The quote is based on a 3 year policy billed on annual installments.
$1,000,000 Annual Aggregate Limit $5,000 Deductible $2,361.35 Annual premium
The premium for the expiring policy was $2,315.92, an increase of $45.43. Waiver of
Recourse is included in the premium.
Travelers offered to renew your policy based on a 3 year term, expiring on 07/01/11.
Which means your policy will be bil led on annual installments of $2,361.35 for the next 3
years. We would not have to submit any underwriting infonnation until the year of 2011
(no applications, audit, etc). All we would do is send you a bill closer to the expiration
date of the policy. If you do not want your policy to be issued on a 3 year term, please let
me know. If the board chooses not to renew the policy next year, the policy can be
cancelled.
If the board would like to pay the premium for 3 years, that can be done.
At your request, we can bind coverage.

let me know the board's response to the quote. Please give me a call before the expiration
date of the policy, 07/01/08
